1. Before use, please check the good contact with the power supply of the vibrator and ensure the correct wiring. The vibrator can be connected with the vibrator after selecting the correct running direction according to the sign.

2. If there is no vibration of the vibrator after electrifying, the tip of the vibrator can be knocked to the ground. After the vibrator emits a stable and powerful call, the ramming operation can be carried out.

3. When the vibrator is working, the vibrator shall be inserted into the concrete vertically or diagonally, and the vibrator shall be twitched up and down during ramming.

4. In the case of layered pouring of components or buildings, when ramming the next layer, the vibrator shall be inserted into the rammed layer to eliminate the seam between layers and obtain the overall pouring effect.

When disassembling, the sharp end and hose joint (all left threads) can be screwed off, and then the wooden hammer can be used to strike the protruding rolling cone at the tip of the rod to take out the rolling cone, bearing, oil seal, etc., and then the hose joint (right thread) can be removed.

8. Replace damaged parts after cleaning and reinstall. All parts except bearings must be thoroughly cleaned of grease. The roller cone, raceway cone and casing should be absolutely oil-free and dry.

9. For the installed vibrator, screw thread connection must be tightened. When necessary, waterproof glue or raw tape should be added to prevent the vibrator from being weak or vibrating due to water and mortar penetrating into the vibrator.

10. In the process of using the vibrator, if it is found that the vibrator is weak or does not vibrate, the vibrator can be disassembled, the damaged oil seal and bearing inside the vibrator can be checked and replaced, and the sleeve tube, racetrack and the cone surface of the rolling cone can be cleaned, and then the vibrator can be reassembled.
