Usage and skills:
1. Adjust the height of the main body of the positioner according to the
thickness of the workpiece plate.
2. Insert the limit ring into the drill bit, and put the 9mm countersink
drill into the inclined hole. After the tip touches the bottom plate,
pull up about 1mm slightly and fix the limit ring screw.
3. Release the quick clamp, put the workpiece board into the inclined
hole, close the quick clamp, adjust the presser foot screw, make the
presser foot just come into contact with the workpiece, then release the
quick clamp and adjust the presser foot of a certain range to the
workpiece again until the quick clamp is closed and the presser foot can
press the workpiece tightly.
4. Fix the workpiece according to the pre-determined opening position
and number of openings.
5. The bit is loaded into the electric drill. Under the condition that
the electric drill is not running, the bit is put into the inclining
hole.
6. Adjust the position until all the holes are opened.
7. According to the thickness of the board and the depth of the opening
hole, determine how long and thick the screw should be.
8. Fix the workpiece with another workpiece to be combined together,
(right-angle clamp can be selected) put screws into the tapping hole.
During the process of tightening the screw, try to make the screwcap to
the side of the board to ensure the firmness of screw fixation.
Matters needing attention:
1. The scale marked on the bevel hole is suitable for beginners as a
reference to adjust the main position of the bevel hole according to the
thickness of the plate. The corresponding relation is that the larger
the scale is, the closer the bevel hole is to the other side of the
board, and the closer the screw tip is to the outer edge of the board.
2. The depth of drill bit can be adjusted by itself. The depth affects
the length of the screws used.
3. After multiple USES, it is easy to master the operation skills. If
there are uncertain matters, the raw material head can be used for test
opening and combination, and then the formal work can be carried out. |
