Daily use, maintenance and beauty protection of hydraulic system
1. The air pipe and oil pipe joint must be cleaned before connection, otherwise the impurities entering into the pipe will damage the cylinder and the hydraulic parts, greatly shortening the service life of the pneumatic pump.
2, access to the air source of the pneumatic pump, must pass in addition to water, air compressor, air tank to do every day drainage, the end of the air source of the pneumatic pump had better add a separate filter, to ensure the clean air source, this will greatly extend the service life of the pneumatic pump.
3. Replace the hydraulic oil every 350 hours and readd high-quality, clean 32# anti-wear hydraulic oil.
Common faults and troubleshooting of pneumatic pump
1. The gap between the cover plate and the pump box oozes oil and has the sound of air leakage
Solution: yellow exhaust plug on cover plate not opened -- unscrew 1-2 turns (for new pump)
2, the oil under the aluminum valve block ooze oil
Solution: when the tubing is connected to the valve block, remove the tubing without winding the raw material belt, wrap the raw material belt in 5 circles and tighten it again (for the new pump).
3. The pneumatic pump can not give oil, weak
Solution: there is air inside -- step on the pedal of the pneumatic pump to the pressure relief state, press the small twist on the inlet valve with a wrench to discharge the air (for the new pump) 4, the "bang bang" sound of the pneumatic pump is normal, but no oil, or insufficient pressure
Solution: hydraulic valve clogged with dirt -- disassemble and clean, replace hydraulic oil (for old pumps)
5. The pneumatic pump does not work and does not respond to the solution: part of the sealing ring of the cylinder is damaged, or the cylinder cylinder is worn, or there are too many dirty things inside -- disassemble and replace the sealing ring or cylinder, and clean it.(for old pumps)
