Introduction

　

A. The power plug must be firmly plugged into the 110V power socket. If the power plug is not in good contact, the needle speed will be unstable and the braking position will be inaccurate.

D brake positioning knob: turn to the leftmost end for the best brake position

E speed control knob: is to adjust the speed of the needle, the most left end for the fastest, the most right end for the slowest speed

F suggestion: adjust to the fastest use, too slow will cause incorrect parking positioning

G note: sewing machine oil should be added, and it must be used. Diesel oil and other oil should not be used. Slow rotation speed and sinking needle may occur instead
Needle Height Adjustment
Step 1: determine the height of the shallow spring (the height of the shallow spring from the right Angle table of scissors)

Shallow spring height = gross height + half minute

The rod end bearing rotates once for half the height

Step 2: drop the needle

Adjust the length of upper sleeve rod end bearing to even pressure line (the upper pull rod is elongated to drop needle and shortened to long needle)

Step 3: rotate the needle tip to the last end, adjust the needle bow and the needle tip together

　
Installation Adjustment of Scissors
Step 1: adjust the scissors to fit

Step 2: adjust the gap between the scissor bottom fan and the outer edge of the needle

The gap is too small or no gap will appear blistering, turning single root phenomenon, the gap is too large will appear shear, there is a single high cover phenomenon behind

Step 3: adjust the scissors opening

Loosen the screw of the mouth opener, put the mouth opener at the bottom, and then turn the scissors to the lowest position, adjust the height of the mouth opener, see the scissors in the needle just fully open, tighten the mouth opener screw, every change a pair of scissors, mouth opener seat position should be adjusted according to this method.

Step 4: adjust the gap between the scissors and the needle after opening

After the opening of the scissors is adjusted, the upper and lower gap between the scissors and the needle is the best position (the gap is adjusted by the bending size of the shallow spring) the gap is too large to appear uneven, support cloth, cutting line is not good phenomenon, if the scissors stick the needle too tight, it will appear cutting the needle, foaming phenomenon
The Way to Grind Scissors
A when grinding scissors, the bottom fan only sharpens the knife mouth, can't touch the right Angle table, can't sit down the right Angle table, can't even the knife edge in the mouth, otherwise it will be out of order

Five. Precautions for installing top cloth wire frame
