This machine is a cost-effective digital ultrasonic flaw detector, which can quickly and cheaply detect the internal cracks, inclusives, pores, loose and other defects of the workpiece. It is widely used as a powerful tool for quality control in mechanical manufacturing, steel structure, chemical equipment, shipbuilding, pressure vessel and other fields.It solves the problem of inconvenient operation of some digital instruments, the machine only sets the main menu of the first level, so there is no need to change a parameter, but to remember the relationship between the main menu and the sub-menu, and there is a special coding knob which can easily change the menu number.
After the instrument is adjusted, the functions such as sound path, gain, delay time and mobile gate can be changed without changing the menu number during flaw detection, thus improving the flaw detection efficiency.Three coding knobs are used to adjust parameters, set gain, sound path, displacement and change the position of the gate.The instrument USES the ordinary no.5 ni-mh rechargeable battery with 4 batteries, and the battery renewal cost is very low.Moreover, the motherboard is single-board structure, which adopts surface-mounted components and FPGA gate array devices with few connectors, so its performance is reliable.
The size of this machine is about 230x146mm, the thickness is only 37mm, the weight contains the battery about 950 grams, very lightweight, the price is similar to the simulator, the use method is similar to the simulator, very suitable for the simulator users to upgrade or add digital ultrasonic flaw detector users for the first time.
