Product Overview
Ball pressure test is to test total steel ball (R2.5 mm) and 20 N + / - 0.2 N ball pressure test device, the pressure in steel and the level status in heating the sample (s) of the surface, the sample (s) in the regulation of temperature after 60 min + 2 min / 0 min, the sample (s) will be fast (< 10 s) invasion to 20 ℃ + 5 ℃ water cooling 6 min, the sample (s) take out the measurement within 3 minutes from the water surface indentation diameter, depending on the indentation diameter of the sample (s) if more than 2 mm to evaluation under the rule of the temperature of thermal deformation.

This experiment device is designed according to the "ball pressure test " requirements in GB2099 standards, mainly used for heat testing in household and similar plug sockets products. It is the necessary equipment for relevant manufacturers and qc department for product quality inspection and control.

Returns & Exchanges

▲ All  returns must be made within 14 days of delivery date. Items must be  in new, unused condition, with all original materials included with  the shipment. A partial refund may be applied for opened or damaged  items, depending on the condition.
