Installation & Operation |
Installation instructions: 1. Drying chamber installation: Drag the drying chamber with both hands and then insert it into the drying chamber fixing plate (placed on the white PTFE pad), and lock the five-row handle. 2. Installation of cyclone separator: the cyclone separator tightening nut, sealing ring and stainless steel gasket are placed on the cyclone separator's outlet pipe, and then inserted into the device's outlet pipe together, adjust the position of the drying chamber outlet and the cyclone separator inlet, so that the two ports are aligned, connect the two ports with a clamp, and finally tighten the cyclone separator tightening nut. 3. Connect the aggregate bottle to the cyclone separator with a threaded connector. 4. Connect the aggregate pipe to the drying chamber with a threaded connector. 5. Install the spray chamber on the device and connect the 4mm air pipe (for needle passage) and the 6mm air pipe (for spray). 6. Install the food-grade silicone tube on the peristaltic pump and insert the spray chamber feed port.
Note: All glassware is fragile and should be handled with care during installation and cleaning. Ensure that all components are installed and powered on. |
Preparation for the experiment: 1. Install the components according to the installation instructions; 2. Equipment start button, start the fan, start the air pump; 3. Set the inlet air temperature and start the heater; 4. When the outlet air temperature reaches the set value, open the peristaltic pump; 5. Advanced water, observe the material atomization and temperature change, reset the fan and inlet air temperature, and feed after stability. |
Shutdown steps: 1. When the material is used up, the water will spray all the materials in the hose (about 5 minutes), closethe peristaltic pump; 2. Close the air compressor; 3. Turn off the heater; 4. When the inlet air temperature drops below 90 degrees, turn off the fan; 5. Remove the aggregate bottle and transfer the material to other containers; 6. Remove the container after it is completely cooled and clean. |
