This industrial heat blower has the characteristics of large air volume, high pressure, high temperature, low noise, and low energy consumption. Inside the air outlet is equipped with a K-type thermocouple temperature sensor, the probe will feed the temperature of the air outlet to the control system in real time, and the control and control system (PID) will intermittently energize the heating system to make the temperature of the air outlet reach constant temperature!

Equipped with high quality thermostat, which adopts PID parameter calculation method and 100ms high-speed sampling to achieve high-precision constant temperature control. When the equipment is under constant temperature working state, the equipment will automatically reduce the power, low energy consumption without pollution.

In the high temperature environment, nichrome 2080 has the characteristics of not easy to deform, high strength, not easy to change the structure, etc. In addition, the nickel-chromium alloy electric wire is expensive and has good corrosion resistance, high radiation rate, non-magnetic, and long service life.

The fan air inlet is equipped with a metal protective net cover, which can prevent the fan from being damaged by inhalation of debris when the fan is running.
