Tips for clay being softer
Some people get the clay feel it is hard.
Don't worry, that is NOT QUALITY PROBLEM.
Before you knead it hit it, cut small piece or the size for your craft. 
Then put it into the  bag then  put it into hot water. 
After mins you can touch it if soft enough what you need. Any problem can contact us.
PS: That is not clay quality problem. If you buy more piece any clay keep long time it also will be harder, right. Then you also can try this way.
By the way, some people like hard for model, and some people need soft. So harder and soft is not quality problem. 
Another important tips for any clay, knead more time it will be more smooth and better uniform.
