Answer: Fix the seat, and put it in the inner hole of the bearing with a long shaft (iron rod) to adjust the position.
 
Special Note:Due to the self-aligning function of this mounted bearing, there is no flatness between some bearings and the seat (commonly known as: mounting, tilting), in fact, this is a normal phenomenon, because it has a self-aligning function.
