A 3-piece full port ball valve with pneumatic actuator. It is used for being connected with pipeline needed to be requently frequently. It is suitable for ciscous material with particles. It is popular in industrial automatic control system of food, environment, paper making, chemistry,etc. The body and  internals are made in stainless steel and the sealing material  is PTFE. The valve has a pressure rating to 1000 PSI and a temperature rating  from -20℃ to 180℃. The 3-piece design simplifies maintenance activities  without removing the end pieces from the pipeline.

This valve comes with double acting pneumatic actuator, no bracket or drive coupling needed for mounting the actuator. The pneumatic actuator with hard anodized internally and externally extruded aluminum body with epoxy coated end caps provides good corrosion resistance and long life.

●Pre-installation inspection: Before the installation of ball valve should carefully check the ball valve body, ball, stem and other parts are intact, to ensure that the product is not damaged. Check whether the seal is loose and damaged to prevent leakage of air or liquid.

●Installation location selection: Choose easy to operate the location, convenient switching and maintenance. Also, consider the flow path when the valve is open to avoid any unnecessary pressure loss.

●Tightness check: After the ball valve is closed, check the stem position, if the stem position is fully contracted, indicating a good seal. If the stem position is prominent, there may be leakage and need to be addressed in a timely manner.

●Note valve switches: When operating the ball valve, Qidong should be slow or closed to avoid violent vibration and ensure stability.

●Regular inspection and maintenance: In order to ensure the long-term stable operation of ball valve, maintenance should be carried out regularly, clear the impurities in the body, check the sealing performance, and smear the right amount of lubricating oil.
