Operating Principle:
The basic
working principles of colloid mill are cutting, high speed grinding and
mixing.
This machine replies on two tapered tooth surfaces in relative motion to
grind. One spins
at a stationary, the other keeps static. Then enable materials between
tooth surfaces get
severely cut and fiction. At the same time, they will effectively
disperse, emulsify, grind,
and homogenate under the action of high-frequency vibration and
high-speed vortex.
Structure:
JM colloid mill

1. Join supply pipe and outlet. Connect the cooling water pipe and exhaust pipe leakage.
2. Install the power launcher, shaft ammeter and indicator. After connecting power, open
machine and identify motor turning operation, it should be anti-clockwise from the
inlet.
3.Adjust the grinder gap, two handles unscrew (counter clockwise twist) and then turn
the adjustment ring clockwise. Extend one hand into base direction and turn the motor
fan, when feeling a little friction turning during adjusting rings, please stop. At the
same time, between readings to determine alignment pointer to 0. But read on the
graduated ring numbers to remember, this number is not 0 but ground clearance is 0,
and turn back adjusting ring slightly ground clearance is greater than 0, generally in

gap is slightly larger. This makes grinding a long service life. Then tighten clockwise
the handle locking the adjusting ring so that grinding gap fixed.

connect cooling water or not, the main role of connect cooling water is used to cool
down the mill head and to extend mill head using years), special considerations when
turning on: 1) Start colloidal mill to make it stay moving and immediately close it after
motor turns normal. It is strictly prohibited to operate machine without material. 2)
Feed or enter water to test machine, turn on after pouring material into the hopper.
6. Never allow quartz, broken glass, scrap metal hard substance mixed in materials,
otherwise, they will wear and tear the grind.
7. Pay attention to the loading of the motor, reduce feeding timely.
