Operating Principle：
The basic working principles of colloid mill are cutting, high speed grinding and mixing. This machine replies on two tapered tooth surfaces in relative motion to grind. One spins at a stationary, the other keeps static. Then enable materials between tooth surfaces get severely cut and fiction. At the same time, they will effectively disperse, emulsify, grind, and homogenate under the action of high-frequency vibration and high-speed vortex.
Structure ：
JM-65 colloid mill is simple and compact, small volume, light weight, convenient operation. It is composed of grind head part, base transmission part and electric motor part. All parts that will touch material are made of high quality stainless steel. Dynamic and static grinder is the key part of this machine. According to different characters of solid materials, the teeth of grinder are different. Motor, according to colloid Mills require, is designed specially and installing water retaining plate on flanged end cover of motor to prevent leakage.
