1.Use and introduction

Inflatable multi-function leaching mixer uses external inflatable, which is more practical to simulate the field. Also adopts frequency conversion technology, impeller stepless speed regulation, digital display, accurate adjustment. It is also equipped with a temperature controller to display the temperature of the mineral fluid in the tank at any time. Equipped with a heater to heat, control the temperature of the mineral fluid.

Remove the circulation cylinder and install the impeller, which is the leaching tank, no different from the adsorption tank on the mine.

3.Structure and principle
The mixer is composed of the following parts: a spindle drive part, a frame part, an external inflation part, a mixing tank, a circulation cylinder, a turning device and an electrical part.

The mixer rotates at high speed by its rotor, the centrifugal force throws out the liquid in the middle of the rotor, and generates tiny mineralized bubbles by suction and discharge of a large amount of air by the air pump. The speed of the rotor is stepless and high-speed, which can be adjusted by the frequency converter.
