Milling machine feeding device 110V（230517）

Description

1. To set the fix stand on work table, table bearing bushing and set it on the axis screw, then set the power table feed on the fix stand, take out the gear housing.

2. By using left hand to hole the center transmission shaft. By using right hand to set the bevel gear on axis screw. Then , check the backlash between gears is in the range 0.1~0.2mm

3. If the lbacklash is too large, to add shims(1.0t, 0.25t, 0.1t), Rhen, repeat the step 3 until the backlash is satisfied.

4. To set socket parallel key and bevel gear, tighten the handle. Slightly rotate the handle, to feel if any interfere in between (backlash). If interfere, please repeat the procedure step 3 & step 4. To add few more shims. If not, go to next step.

5. Take out the handle, add proper shim ( Φ43X Φ33), to adjust the backlash between dial & bevel gear, lock with fix ring.

6. To set the handle and tighten, slightly rotate the handle, there should be smoothly without any interfere.

7. Finally, to set the gear housing and limit switch.

Function

Power supply switch and preset switch

1. The right side of power switch is “ON”. The left side is OFF. The red light will shown when press ”ON”

2. The red round button on right side is “reset switch”. When machine is overload.” reset button” will jump up to cut off the power. The operator must reduce cutting load, then press “ reset switch”. The machine can be operated again.

Fees knob and rapid button

1. After power is “ON”, turn “ feed knob”. Turn left for left side feeding. Turn right for right side feeding.

2. The button in the middle is “ rapid button” . The tool travel rapidly to left side if kept pressing the button. The power table feed will back to normal speed when release the button.

Speed adjust knob

The speed can be adjust according to operator’s requirement. The speed rangs is 0 to9.

Jog switch

Normally, “jog switch” should be at “ FEED” position. For jog movement, just switch

to“0” position. Kept holding the switch, don’t release the switch until it travels to the

position required.
