Using direction:
1.When first use the meat tenderizer, suggest wash it.
2.Locate the pork chop, beefsteak, cooked meat or big meat on the
cutting board, take down the protective cover of the meat tenderizer.
3.Press the tenderizer on the meat back and forth, run through the whole
meat by order (don’t run through on the bone).
4.Turn over the meat, use the tenderizer run through the whole meat
crosswise. This method could make the meat to be cooked tasty and cooked
quickly, and when cooking, please shorten the cooking time.
5.Wash the meat tenderizer by clean water and the temperature of the
water don’t exceed 80 degree centigrade.
6.Usually before tenderizing the meat, you could coat some pork oil or
other cooking oil, thus tenderizing flexibly.
7.Please pay attention: this meat tenderizer blade is sharp, don’t let
