How to use:

    1. When in use, first align the tractor head with the movable pulley on the trolley frame, and then pass through the pulley, and then perform the work of threading, pulling the line, and dredging the pipeline. If you encounter the need to pull all the threaders out of the frame, you should pay special attention to the last end is stuck in the ring on the small frame. This ring is used to fix the tractor head when the threader is retracted. Therefore, be careful to break the traction head when pulling it out at the end, and clamp the traction head in the middle of the ring when winding the threader.

      2. FRP perforator is hard and brittle material, so you should keep the minimum bending diameter not less than 60 cm during use; in the pipeline or other construction environment, the pipe angle is right angle or less than 90 degrees Circumstances, special care should be taken to protect the traction head from being broken, and certain measures should be taken to prevent the threader from being damaged when pulling out of the shaft.       3. The tolerable temperature range of the FRP threader is between -40 and +80 degrees. Any improper behavior should be avoided during construction, such as contact with over-cold or over-heated objects or environments. The product should be placed in a cool place after use. , Avoid prolonged sun exposure and rain shower.

      4. The maximum linear traction force of the FRP threader is 2.5 tons. It is important not to use high-power machinery for traction in a 90-degree right-angle environment, otherwise it may break. Do not let vehicles and other heavy objects run over, otherwise it will greatly shorten its service life.

      5. When the threader is used in large-scale cable construction, the threader cannot be used to directly pull the cable. The metal traction head of the threader is used to pull a steel wire rope in the pipeline, and then use the steel wire to pull the cable, so that the life of the threader will be greatly increased. , It is recommended to use various pay-off pulleys to improve work efficiency and protect the threader.
