Description

Acetylene regulators are not use with propane. This is because of the internal components that can degrade from exposure to
propane, which is much more corrosive than acetylene. Only propane rated regulators should be used for propane. The components are made from special materials that do not degrade from exposure to propane. Propane regulators can also be used with acetylene, but not the other way around.

Note:

1. Ignition welding (cutting) when the torch, acetylene valve should open fire, and then open the oxygen valve to adjust the
flame. Close acetylene valve should be closed first, then close the oxygen valve.

2. When the ignition, the torch mouth may not at people, not be burning torch on the workpiece or ground. When the torch with acetylene gas and oxygen can not be placed in a metal container.
